1. Where the purchase lives
The Hide My Emulator Premium subscription is bought through Google Play inside the HME License app. Google Play processes every payment, so Google Play's refund rules apply first, and most refunds are issued by Google, not by us.
2. Requesting a refund from Google Play
- Within 48 hours of a charge you can usually request a refund directly in Google Play: open Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Budget & history, pick the order, and choose "Request a refund".
- After 48 hours, Google may still grant a refund case by case, or you can contact us at [email protected] with the Google Play order number (it starts with GPA).
3. When we will help
Write to us and we will support a refund request when:
- you were charged twice for the same period;
- you were charged after cancelling and can show the cancellation date;
- the module cannot activate on a supported setup (rooted emulator, Android 9.0+, LSPosed) after working through the steps with our support team.
4. What is not covered
- A specific app or service still recognising the emulator. Hide My Emulator masks on-device signals and does not guarantee detection outcomes.
- Setups that do not meet the requirements, such as an emulator without root or LSPosed.
- Periods already used: a refund, when granted, is for the current billing period only.
- Subscriptions suspended for a breach of the Terms of Service.
5. Cancelling
Cancel at any time in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › HME License › Cancel subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
6. Processing time
Refunds approved by Google Play are returned to the original payment method, typically within 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank.
